If you’ve run into a glowing blue ghost in RuneScape: Dragonwilds and it just stared at you like you’re made of air—well, that’s because to them, you are. Restless Ghosts or Spirits won’t talk to you until you’ve got one special item in your inventory… The Ghostspeak Amulet.
Here’s how to find it, how to start the side quest, and where to go ghost-chatting next.
Подробнее: Все навыки в RuneScape: Dragonwilds
Step 1: Get the Ghostspeak Amulet (Head to Bramblemead)
To talk to spirits, you need the Ghostspeak Amulet. If that name rings a bell, congrats—you’re officially old-school.
-
Где его найти: Go toBramblemead Valley, just east of the starting zone, Temple Woods.
-
In the center of Bramblemead is a ruined town. Look for a water well.
-
Interact with the well, and you’ll pull up the Ghostspeak Amulet.
-
The moment you grab it, you’ll start the Restless Ghosts side quest.
No boss fights or puzzles, just a well and a shiny amulet that lets you whisper sweet nothings to dead people.
Step 2: Speak to Your First Restless Ghost
Once you’ve got the amulet, head just southwest of the well in Bramblemead.
-
Inside a ruined building, you’ll meet your first ghost: Warren.
-
Warren tells you how he died after arriving on Ashenfall, and then points you toward another ghost.
Step 3: Follow the Ghost Trail
Warren says there’s another Restless Spirit at a windmill to the northwest.
-
This is the same windmill near Vannaka’s Giant Rat quest.
-
The spirit there is Lazina, who gives you another riddle:
“My brother lies beneath a southern point that rises to the sky.”
Which sounds like a clue for yet another ghost somewhere on the map. Time to start playing ghost detective.
Can You Find More Restless Spirits?
Yes—there are multiple Restless Ghosts/Spirits hidden throughout Ashenfall. We know of at least two right now, and it’s clear the devs want this to be a chain of clues you follow across the world.
If you’re the kind of player who likes exploring and piecing together lore, this side quest is made for you.

Ghosts may not pay rent, but in Dragonwilds, they do give out riddles and worldbuilding. If you’re into exploring ruins, digging up sad backstories, and helping haunted souls move on, grab that Ghostspeak Amulet and start listening.
